Good morning!
We’re a business that has operated online since 2019 on https://mistymountaingaming.com
Our business has been most successful at live events, where customer interaction is key. Our product is of top quality in our industry, but our online sales struggle to achieve their potential online where we aren’t able to create the rapport with our customers that our salesmen do in person.
What are the most important factors we can focus our team on to increase our visibility and our conversion in a vast online marketplace?

When I look at the website on the desktop, I immediately notice a few differences.
Homepage
- Menu is too big. Make it more subtle and refined.
- Slider with the transition is cool, but it runs.
- ‘Claim the Dragons…’ - The category is empty.
- Neither of the images below are linked. The BUtton is not enough.
- Below that again a category that is not maintained
- The images in the Multicolumn are different sizes
- ‘Not happy’ → The image scales up for me and looks blurred
Product page
- ATC is not realised. Buy with Shop is too present
- Title and price a little further apart
- Quantity is very large: pack into a line if necessary
- Insert the product description into a collapsible tab
- Downgrade ratings, as with Amazon. Under the product container. People know that (not under share).
- The story on the pdp is missing something.
Cart
- Use the drawer
- I don’t see shipping costs. The more transparency is shown beforehand, the higher the trust factor
General
- Wishlist at the bottom right of the screen must go.
- Get $5 and Reviews on the right: One is too many.

Thank you for this considerate response.
I’m forwarding this to our web team. I was not aware of some of these issues.
Could you explain a few of the acronyms you used for me?
“ATP” is not realized?
Is PDP “product description page”?
ATC = Add to Cart - Button
PDP = Product Detail Page
