We need GST included in our product prices. I have read all the forums that show the tick box to include GST in the price, however it still keeps adding GST after the fact in checkout. Is there any other setting I need to select to make this work? There are no international markets or dynmic tax rules, and no exceptions in the tax rules.
I am in the EXACT same boat and nobody at Shopify support seems to know what they’re talking about. Feels like I’m taking to a bot with the generic replies that don’t directly answer my question about this very thing 
I finally managed to find someone who knoew what they were talking about. You need to go to Settings, Markets, Australia, Duties and Import Taxes, under Storefront and Checkout Pricing, change the option to Dynamic (Include Taxes in Product Price), and then it will display correctly.

Thank you for this, I was fraked out to see this start happening in my store and like you struggled to find where to change the setting. All fixed now so thank you again.
