Installing that Google Tag Manager in shopify

I want to install the Google Tag Manager into my shopify.

However, the link from Online Store>Theme : There are unable to open for me to paste the Google Tag Manager source codes.

Can anyone help to fix it of installing that Google Tag Manager in shopify?

Looks like you don’t have permission to do that.

You should ask for permission from the store owner.
