Inventory count

Hi,

I want an app to help me manage my inventory. My only problem is I sell personalised products, so one product might need A, B, C inventory, and the other product needs A, D, E inventory. I want an app that when a customer orders one product, the inventory needed for that product automatically reduces so I know when I have to stock up.

Hi @shopbusiness12 ,

Material Manager is able to do this. In the app you would enter A, B, C, D and E as raw materials and set their inventory numbers. Then you would link product 1 to A, B, C and product 2 to A, D, E. Your Shopify inventory will be set to the maximum that can be made based on the materials in the product.

For example when you sell product one it will decrease the inventory of A, B and C. Since product 2 also uses A it’s inventory will be reduced as well.

Hi @shopbusiness12 ,

The Easify Inventory Sync app can streamline your inventory management. Here’s a quick setup guide to help solve your challenges :hugs: :

  1. Set Up Individual Products: Create products A, B, C, D, E, etc., each with their specific inventory.

  2. Create Bundle Groups:

    • For Product 1, which requires A, B, and C, create a Bundle Group. Set Product 1 as the Master product and add A, B, and C as component products. Specify the quantity per bundle for each component (A, B, C).
    • Similarly, for Product 2, which requires A, D, and E, create a second Bundle Group with Product 2 as the Master product.

How It Works:

  • When Product 1 or Product 2 is purchased, the app will automatically deduct the inventory of the included products (A, B, C, etc.) based on the quantities required per bundle.
  • In addition, the available inventory of A, B, C, etc., will also determine the number of Product 1 and Product 2 bundles available for sale.
