Thanks for letting us know that you are having a problem! Please ensure you are clearing your browser cache and cookies, updating your browser and your pc. If the issues are persisting please definitely reach out to our live support channels to report this.

We do use Chrome predominantly to work on ourselves and I haven’t seen any report at this time of issues on the platform related to the chrome browser. Hopefully this was an isolated problem that has now been resolved.

that was the first thing I did. It is fine on safari and everything else I use is fine in chrome. This is the screen I get…

can’t load screen shots here - that is not convenient…

Hi Glen! You should be able to upload screenshots into your replies by using the camera icon in the text editor. This field supports both image URL and saved images from your computer.
