Hey I posted earlier needing help with my store. I am getting a lot of email of developers that have not responded in the community board and is wanting access to my to help me with the changes. Is that normal??
I would rather go with someone that is really connected because I asked the guy did her reply here and is answer was THIS

No, do not give anyone access to your store or theme. If you need development work done on your theme, you will have to pay. Use Shopify Experts or something similar, so that you don’t get scammed or worse. People can plant tags in your code that lets them verify your website and claim it as their own.
Shopify Experts is a great way to find a cheap developer, and the process is seamless.
But the answer to your question is yes! There are a LOT of scammers targeting small businesses and Shopify merchants.
OOOOOO so that’s why when i ask most of them have they responded here most of them do not respond back once I ask that question. He was the only one bold enough to respond SMH… Thank you so very much. hopefully a shopify developer will be able to help me soon
