I was approved shopify capital over a month ago. They have been withdrawing money from my bank account $5000 so far however I have never received the funding, support have been running me around in circles, WTF is going on??? Is this normal?
I definitely want to make sure you are getting the support you need for this matter. Generally speaking, you should definitely have received your approved funds in your account before the payments are being deducted.
