Shopify is hosting a scam eCommerce site through its platform. They advertise primarily on Facebook. I admit I didn’t catch all the signs that the site was not legitimate, but I’ve had no luck at all trying to resolve this. I reported the fraudulent charge to my credit card issuer and they are investigating.
Shopify has ignored my messages. I tried to contact you through your website and you ignored me. I had to send it to your Press Inquiries email because it was the only link I could find on your page. I sent messages to your Facebook page and those were ignored. I posted multiple comments on posts on your Facebook and you blocked me.
I’m starting to think you are nothing more than scammers yourself and my next report will be to the Federal Trade Commission.
Can you please do something to help me, or are you all just uncaring a$$holes?
24 hours since I posted this and not a peep from Shopify. Don’t you have any live people working there? Do you care about customer service, or just raking in money? This is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. You people suck. Please contact me.
Just an FYI - They are hosting more and more ecommerce scam sites. This entire site is a hoax! I went to report EvolvedChargers.com as they are a scam also. Take your money and ship you fake and defective products. When I submitted it to them, I got some stupid response that says fill this out. Hello, that is what I already filled out. I will be reporting them to the FTC and I would highly recommend others do the same. It’s a shame this is still going on. You can tell if a sight is using shopify if you right click on the page and select view source, this is how i check to make sure they never see another dime. They also blocked me on facebook and deleted any comments about their antics. Totally made up sites on this platform. it’s a shame!
