Shopify is a software solution for merchants looking to create an online store. We provide the tools necessary for running an online store, but do not manage or process orders for the merchant.
If you have not received your order yet I would try contacting the store you ordered from directly. If you are unable to contact the store then I would instead reach out to your payment provider to open an investigation on your behalf.

Hi Anil,
I am not able to share contact information or sensitive details about a merchant account if they are hosted on Shopify. I also not able to confirm or verify if that merchant you mentioned has, or has ever had a store on Shopify.
You will need to visit the merchant’s website to find their contact information and reach out to them that way. Otherwise, the next best step is to contact your payment provider for the order to open a claim with them. Your banking institute that you paid through should have processes in place to assist customers who have not received their orders.
