Why haven't I received my paid order yet?

I paid for it its cleared.my account but I have not recived it why ?

I dont want to start a store I just want my order

Ok, so in that case, go to the store website where you have placed the order and look for the Contacts page. Send an inquiry to the merchant.

If you cannot reach the merchant, then open the ticket with Shopify support via the link provided.
