To confirm, have you tried responding to your order confirmation email or locating a Contact Us page or social media handles on the website you ordered from? Sometimes social media handles are more closely monitored.

If you have exhausted all avenues to contact and resolve your concerns with the seller directly, we recommend that you reach out to either your bank/credit card provider or PayPal depending on how you paid for your order.
