I have been trying for days to change my billing from yearly to monthly. It was supposed to be monthly in the first place - I even checked the day before my trial ended and it said I was on the $39/month plan. Then it tries to charge me for the year, which doesn’t go through because I was expecting $39, not $368 and change.
The faq says you have to contact billing, but there’s no way to actually do that - you have to go through the AI bot. Finally get a live person on chat, and they say they’ll escalate to billing, which should get in touch with me via email. Surprise - no one ever reached out from billing. Meanwhile, the stupid site continues trying to charge me $368 every other day. This is absolutely the worst customer service. I’m so glad my shop is brand new - it’ll be easier to migrate it somewhere else. Wordpress may be a PITA, but at least you KNOW you’re on your own before you start there.
