Are you looking for an app you can use to advertise on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter? Advertising for many of these apps is probably better done natively within the apps or networks themselves. Is there a particular reason you want to use an app for this? There are some apps to help with advertising on social media if you wanted to explore this route though. As @DigitalArtisans mentioned Sixads is one and AdRoll Advertising is the other. Hopefully one of these can help and is what you’re looking for!
