Is there human support for high-revenue sites on Shopify?

Hello community,

I’m looking at migrating an existing subset of a very large Website to Shopify (Plus). We could be talking tens of millions of dollars of revenue per year. My Proof of Concept has shown Shopify to be a very easy-to-use system full of good features.

One thing that bothers me is the lack of human support. Everything is a bot or a form. I can’t risk a multi-million dollar site running with no support. Is that the way it is with Shopify? Are there Enterprise-level agreements where you get the human touch? Or do you have to use partners; and are they helpful when there is a failure at 3am on a Saturday morning? Dot hey have any leverage over Shopify?

I’m interested in hearing your opinions and experience, before I progress this thing further.

As per my knowledge, You can contact shopify using Shopify Support,
You have to login using your store credentials and then you can chat with a real person online. They can clear your every query and in case of advance feature request they accelerate your query to particular team. You can contact them using email, chat etc.. In case of shopify plus, You even have your dedicated account manager to whom you can talk even on call. He will help you in every situation from store setup to theme customization in every possible way. Also, you can hire a shopify expert as per your need using Shopify Experts.
In shopify experts, You can find a variety of developers as per your need. Also, You can post your query here in the community. Community members will try to help you in every possible manner.

If you are developing/managing the store transfer then you should have a partner account with us. If you don’t have one yet, they are free to create and you can sign up for one here: https://www.shopify.com/partners. Once you have created a partner account you will also have access to our partner support team. They can assist with questions about developing stores, the platform and migrating certain services over.

Also, since this store is moving to the PLUS platform, you will have access to our PLUS support team as well. If the store is not yet on the PLUS plan, but will be requiring it soon, please contact our PLUS Sales team through our landing page here: https://www.shopify.com/plus. They can assist you with the transition and also provide you a direct point of contact for our higher priority support provided to plus accounts.
