Is this email about paused payouts from Shopify legitimate?

I have received an email from info@shopifyproductservice.us advising that payouts have been paused until my account can be verified.

I have checked all payments received in the last week or so and they have all been received so i am not sure why i am receiving this email

my account is yourperfecttea.com.au

That is a phishing scam, do not reply or click any links that email provides. Here’s shopify’s help page about phishing and how to report it to them and government agencies.
