I’m trying to get some help as to why my payouts are paused! It said after 2 business days it should be completed however nothing has changed. I’ve talked to an agent already through their online service and they just said they would email me if they needed any more information but no email has been sent and the payouts are still paused, any help?

If your Shopify Payments payouts are paused, it’s usually due to a verification issue or an account review. Since support hasn’t provided an update, check Settings > Payments to see if Shopify is requesting additional documents. If nothing is flagged there, try reaching out via Shopify’s live chat or Twitter support (@ShopifySupport) for a faster response
It’s also worth checking your registered business details and banking information to ensure they match exactly with what Shopify has on file. If your store is new or has a sudden increase in sales, Shopify’s risk team may be reviewing transactions, which can take longer
