If you didn’t engage with someone so you were expecting the request you should probably go ahead and turn on Store-specific-codes for access requests per the emails message.

I agree with what others have posted here—collaborator requests should only be accepted from those you have agreed to work with. If you’re unfamiliar with this request, as the email states, reject the request.

It isn’t clear based on the screenshot whether this was a legitimate request from a collaborator. If you feel that the sender email address looks suspicious or you were not discussing work on your store with a Shopify Partner, please feel free to forward the message to safety@shopify.com so our team can investigate.

I don’t believe there is cause for concern here if you have not engaged with the email, but in the interest of account security, I recommend ensuring that you have two-step authentication in place.
