I received this inbox from website chat function. Looking at the senders email address, but claimed to be from Shopify. Does anyone else get this? or is it genuine.

I appreciate the screenshot that you have shared as that is very helpful! I can confirm with you that the email in the screenshot is not an official Shopify email address. If the email address does end in the official [email removed]shopify.com without any special characters or numbers added, they are not associated with the platform.
