I’m trying to launch a facebook audience building add as it is offered through Shopify. But I can’t even get it to be submitted for review as there’s always an “error” but I don’t know where it comes from.
Can anyone help with this?

From the error on your screenshot it appears that Facebook was experiencing issues on its own end which prevented you from publishing your campaign.
I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try out and see if you can then publish the ad:
- Clear your Google Chrome browser cache and cookies following these steps here - the browser cache can sometimes be the reason that similar errors occur, so this would be the way to resolve that.
- Reset your internet - network errors can often cause similar errors so this would be an extra step to make sure this isn’t the cause.
- Try to publish your ad on an alternative device - for example, if you were trying this on mobile, try to do it on a desktop.
Once you have this sorted and publish your ad, you will need to start looking ahead for incoming traffic, how you’re planning to welcome this and potentially turn some of that traffic to conversions. For example, have you set up some special discount for the new customers? Discounts can be a great way to encourage customers to go through with the checkout. I’ve tried it but it didn’t change anything. Same issue!
