Hi
I spoke to the standard help rep and she suggested I come here for further help as per below :

‘Right. In the pricing page, the person who you hired customize the page by theme code customization and apparently here from the department where I at which is general support theme customization is not part of our scope of support but what I can suggest is to reach out to our shopify expert by posting your question here Shopify Community and one of our shopify expert will answer you back.’

In summary - I cannot edit my site or products page. We hired a freelancer a couple of years ago to help us but I cannot locate him anymore (hired by previous Project Manager)

Please can someone help as a matter of urgency.

What is the trouble you are facing. Please share screenshots or short video or something for a better understanding.

Hi @nobullead :waving_hand: Contact me for theme repair services or migration/customizations to enable using the visual theme editor.

Depending on how long ago the theme was made then a full migration may be needed , or an entirely different theme should be moved to.
