I’m having trouble customizing the “ship from” address on the labels I purchase through Shopify. It keeps printing my home address. Where is the setting for this?
The address gets selected based on the location that you’re shipping from. If you want to edit it, go into Settings, click on Locations, and then select the location that you want to use. That should do it for you!
