hey, yeah so i’m pissed right now.

so i can’t access my shopify account to close my store because i don’t have an authentification code. shopify has been taking $40 dollars out of my pocket that i can’t afford because i don’t have a damn job and there’s no one on the support team that will actually help because it’s just BOTS.

I’ve done the same thing over and over and over again because every time i ask for a new code, i have an email and password saved but it’s that goddamn code that they want and nothing else because they aren’t smart enough to actually put in another option of logging into your account.

when i got my new phone, that code went away. so there’s no way for me to get it and they never emailed me my code EVER. is there anyone that can help with this major inconvenience?
