Hello Fellow Shopifiers. Currently I am using an app to simply block all Countries except Australia. We only ship to Australia.
What I would rather do is have a POPUP appear when a new visitor enters the site and displays “We do not ship to XXXXXXX” or “Sorry, We only ship to Australia” . Is anyone aware of such a Shopify App or the code in Liquid/JS that I could use please?

I hope it’s not too late and this is still useful to you.
I’d like to suggest trying Getsitecontrol. It allows you to create popups and target them at specific geographical areas (in your case - everywhere except Australia). Also, there is a Dynamic Text Replacement function that you can use to display a personalized message regarding the visitor’s location. Ex: “Sorry, we don’t ship to Canada”, where Canada is picked up from the user’s current location.
