Why My Site Visitors Seeing A Pop Up Message Say That My Store Ship To Their Country?

Hi everyone,

Please help me figure this out. Any one enter my store say that they see a message pop up saying that my store ship to their country.

How can i remove it?

I understand on your store you have an entry pop-up that prompts users to let them know their shipping zone is not supported.

Do you have an app or a third-party theme that detects this? I would also advise checking your installed apps for anything you might have added to this effect.

You can check your theme specifically by following these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
  3. Click Theme settings > Pop-up (or something to that effect).

If neither step works, please do share what theme you are using as well as a list of installed apps you have installed on your store.

It is also possible you have added third-party code to your theme, can you tell me if this is something that was done?

I found a (dropdowns, pop-up) section but there is no option to disable it there, just changing sizes.

Is there any other solutions?

It was because of an app named (Geolocation) when you press on the app you will see this text on the left of your screen.

You just need to uncheck the box and it will be solved.
