this was bought off of facebook and now I am getting no response. Any help would be appreciated

and under “Issue with an order” fill in your details and wait for a reply from Shopify.

Sorry to say but that looks like a complete scam. A link to the product is https://s.kitchen-kit.com/products/espresso and it sells just that.
But the main domain has some more products and maybe you can try with contact info on this page but it does look fake. https://kitchen-kit.com/about-us/
But why it looks like a scam:
- The first red flag is the price, $119 is too low, original product “Ninja Luxe Cafe” is $499
- If you zoom in on the image you may notice two places where bad editing they removed Ninja logo (check original)
- s.kitchen-kit.com looks strange at first, that s is a subdomain
- The main domain is just two months old
- They use a default theme and do not take much effort to store itself
So you should report it as a Fraud too. Try to contact your bank as soon as possible and try to explain to them a situation, maybe they can stop the transaction. Even if the chance is small.
