First of all you don’t need to worry about. You can still able to recover your Shopify store even the Gmail account is lost.

Here are the steps below.

  • Go to Shopify Support [Live chat] via this link: https://help.shopify.com/en/
  • Choose Account → Logins and Authentication –> I can’t login –> Contact Support.

Shopify Support will ask you to verify ownership in other ways.

Shopify may ask for the credit card last digits that you used for the billing, store url, previous invoices, Business details, Domain confirmation any staff account.
