I have a lot of initiate checkouts, but not a lot of sales

Hello there @gino4pe have you ran a test order to see if the checkout process is in order and there are no obstacles along the way that could be preventing customers from completing their purchases?

hi!

i visited your website, which i guess is also your product page. and here are some things i noticed, and i believe are hampering your sales:

  1. as such your product page’s design is pretty basic. it lacks social proof, trust signals, etc. that way customers may add it to their cart, but they are never going to be convinced to buy it.
  2. it lacks details. i would suggest please add more content highlighting its benefits, features, etc. also, since it appears to be a skincare product, please add verified claims, etc.
  3. use high-quality images. as of now, the pictures are blurred. that will turn away many shoppers.
  4. add faqs. answer the most common questions a shopper might have.

these points should help. also, as a best practice, please ensure that you check shopify’s blog on best product page designs. that will give you a lot of valuable insights to build your product pages.
