Make hero image for Collections wider and on top of the page in Dawn

Hi,

I am setting up my store and right now the Collection’s hero image appears from right side on desktop and under the short description text on mobile. I’d love it to be from one side to another side of the screen (very wide) like on the homepage and on top of the page for desktop and mobile. How can I do it? Thank you so much!
