Making default location to POD app or bulk editing variant location

I’m using the Teeinblue personalizer to push to Shopify and Printful. Every time I push a product campaign into Shopify, it assigns the default location to all variants of the product. The problem is, I don’t fulfill any orders from my physical location, only through Printful, and if my physical location is set as the default, my POD orders are not fulfilled through the Printful app. It will not let me select the Printful app as my default location. It will only let me add a new physical location, rather than an app.

So how can I (preferably) make a fulfillment app like Printful be the default location?

And if that’s not possible, then how can I bulk edit the location of all my products (it’s not under bulk edit) so that I don’t have to individually change the location of every single variant of every single product I add to my shop?

Hi, you can use either your physical location or Printful as your default location. Teeinblue has not supported auto fulfillment but as long as you send orders from Teeinblue to Printful (not from Shopify) then your order will be fulfilled and updated properly.

Except that that’s not the case. I had a situation with Teeinblue where an order was never sent to fulfillment with Printful if though I’d sent it, because the location in Shopify was set to our physical location, so Teeinblue thinks we’re the ones fulfilling it. Once I refunded the order, assigned the location for that variant to Printful, and the order was placed again, it went through fine. So for Teeinblue, the location still has to be set to Printful.

The problem I’m having is that when I launch campaigns in Teeinblue, it automatically assigns the default location. The instructions in Shopify say to “go to Locations > Default Locations” to change the default location. But there IS no “Locations > Default Locations” in my Shopify dashboard. It won’t let me attach a photo to show you that the only options under Locations are “All locations,” “Point of sale subscriptions,” and “App locations.”

Clicking on “All locations” only tells me that my physical address is the default location but gives me no way to change it, and clicking on Printful under 3rd Party Apps just gives me a 404 error.

So what I’m asking is… How do I change the default location if there’s no option to do it in Shopify?
