hi!
so i’ve been trying to figure out why one of my pages doesn’t display correctly on the website despite the sort by being manual in admin and in the needed order. however, when i go to the page, for a split second you can see the correct order, but then resets and goes into the wrong order. i have tried making the all-category page, didn’t work. cleared cookies and cache, another browser, incognito, nothing has worked that i’ve seen on the forums here.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as well as letting us know which troubleshooting methods you have tried. Could you let us know which theme you are using, by any chance?
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your online store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

I took a look into the Prestige theme and did not see anything that would prevent you from displaying your collection with a manual sort on the online store. As I was investigating, I noticed that this theme is designed and supported by Maestrooo. In this case, I would suggest reaching out to the developers of the theme and making them aware that you are experiencing this issue with your collection not displaying in a manual sort.
They should be able to provide you with additional support and insight to having the collection displayed how you would like. I came across their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.
