Marketplace Connect "No Record Found for the Passed ID(s) Error"

Hi!

I am using the Marketplace Connect app to link my Shopify website to Walmart Marketplace. On a few items, I keep getting this “No Record Found for the Passed ID(s)” error and as you can see it says Offer listed in red and then in green with that error.

I have confirmed the SKUs and UPCs match and I do see the items in my Walmart Seller Center. I can click on the link on that page and See on Walmart and it links to my listing too. Inventory updates correctly. I am not sure what is causing this error though?

Anyone know?

Josh A here from Shopify Marketplace Connect Support.

The passed id(s) referred to by this error are the Product Identifier (UPC) and SKU. If you’re attempting to link the Shopify product to an existing Walmart listing, please make sure that these identifiers match between platforms.

If checking this doesn’t make sense (eg often the case, when the intent is to create a Walmart listing through the app), ensure you’ve input a valid UPC or have an approved UPC exemption. If you have either, try waiting up to 24 hours to see if the error clears. If the issue persists afterwards, please contact Walmart Seller Support.
