Maybe someone knows how to do it like in the first photo? The goal is to have the layout be between the logo and not on two lines.

Thank you for quick reply! This code made the entire menu bar inline. Part of the solution is already there, but the main goal, as an example, to have 4 titles to the left of the logo, the other four to the right behind the logo. 
This solution is only because the logo is round and you want to have it in the center and not leave empty space on the right side.
It is only possible through custom code.
