Merchant complaint- not recieving prouct

I saw an ad about a driewieler easyride for my little boy. I decided to purchase since it is on sale! After five days, I decided to check on my purchase and saw that the item has already been delivered but to the wrong address. Contacted the store a lot of times but to no avail. No response! Contacted my bank and I am waiting for their response.

I cannot file a complaint via shopify because they deleted the order confirmation page.

I hope shopify will do something about issues like this so that less people will be scammed. And I hope there is a better way to file an issue about an order not recieved by not only providing the order confirmation page. Again, the merchant already deleted mu order confirmation page. I am very frustrated about this issue and i just want that store to be closed down to avoid future scams.

Sorry to hear you encountered an issue with an order you made.

The first thing we would recommend in a situation like this is that you reach out to the store you ordered from to work with them to resolve any issue.

If they’re not working with you and 30 days or more have passed, your next step would be to contact your payment method which you confirmed you’ve already done here.

They’ll be able to advise you on your next steps with regard to that transaction.

While we can’t confirm if a given store is using Shopify, you can report a store you believe to be using Shopify in contravention of our Acceptable Use Policy here.

All such reports are investigated and followed up on internally, though we won’t be able to comment on the outcome of any reports.

I cannot report the store because the merchant deleted the confirmation order page. So your system is not accepting the URL.
