Order didn't received by Shopify merchant

I have paid for boat watch and boat airports at boatlife-8062.myshopify.com but I didn’t received my shipment confirmation. I sent email to clubehouse.help@gmail.com and Shopify but there is no response from them. Neither they are sending any product or any confirmation tracking details.

This is how they are fraudulently treatment towards customer and not sending the product.

Shopify team, contact to your seller whether sending my parcel or refund my money.

Otherwise, I am filling a FIR against you and your seller ( whatsoever his name) clubehouse.help@gmail.com for digital fraud.

Sorry to hear you’re not happy with your experience buying online.

To clarify, Shopify is an ecommerce software that some merchants use to build their own stores to sell online or in-person.

We don’t handle the shipping or orders of these independent businesses ourselves here at Shopify at all.

If you’d like to follow up with the store you ordered from we would recommend you try to make contact with that store directly.

If the store in question did not send you an order confirmation to reply to, you can try checking on the store page itself for any contact details or social media accounts you can use to reach out to them.

Should they not be willing to work with you to resolve any issue with the order you made, your next step would be to contact the payment method (PayPal, card issuer, etc) you used to make the order to let them know what has happened and discuss your next steps.
