Meta ads no conversions

Hello everyone

I’ve been having the problem since the beginning of October. Sales have dropped by 90%, which is the first time this has happened in 6 years. From personal experience, I can confidently say that the problem is not related to the company’s training process or creatives. Upon request in the gpt chat, I was informed about mass complaints around the world about the effectiveness of meta advertising since the beginning of October. Perhaps this is related to changes in political advertising policy! I don’t know what to do; it’s a big problem, and advertising has been stopped.

Thank you

Hey @MAKEY,

May I have your store url so that I can take a look into it and gave you the best advice regarding the current situation.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for your quick response and willingness to help. Our focus on sales - Wallet for many Cards, Bills and Coins "Coin Wallet 2.0" – MAKEY EU

By taking a look into your Store I found lot of issues but the best suggestions I can provide are listed below. The suggestions is the best Answer of why are you not getting any sale with meta ads.

From my POV you should optimize the Product page. It’s the important part of the site. And though the product page sales happens. If you optimize the product page in a way that it’s look appealing for the customers then it means you are winning the customers. If you have a idea to winning the customers then it mean your store will generate sale automatically. Here are the best suggestions to generate more sales by optimizing the product page.

  • Use Bundles: Product Bundles is the best way to increase the conversion rate and generate more sales. There are many free apps you can consider for the Bundles. Like some are below. Like AMP Bundles.

  • Use UGC Videos: UGC videos is the only best way to win the trust of the customer. See how this store using the UGC videos :backhand_index_pointing_right:: Paper Straight And in this way they are generating a lot of sales.

  • Use UPS and Stock Alert: Using the ups and the stock alert is another way to generate more sales. See image below how it looks like.

By following the above all methods you can ensure to get more sales on your store and generate revenue.

If this was helpful don’t forget to like it and Mark as Solution.

if your sales have dropped by 90% and you are saying that other advertisers have also complained about this, then maybe yes, the issue can be from meta’s side.

as a best practice, can you check if there are any errors or notifications in your Ads Manager account? you can do it by clicking on the bell icon in the top-left corner, as shown in the image below:

if there are any issues, try to resolve them as soon as possible. if there aren’t, reach out to meta’s team.

also, some feedback points for your store:

  1. on the home page, as well as product pages, i saw some sections, images, and text getting mixed with each other upon scrolling.

looks slightly unprofessional and can turn shoppers away. please check and try to fix it.

  1. another thing, your product pages can be much better. i saw there are too many images (some unrequired) and less descriptive text related to the product. i would say check shopify’s blog on best product page designs. it will help you see the scope for improvement. i am highlighting this as a person may click on your meta ad and land on your product page, but if the page is not optimized, they will not complete any action, due to which your sales can drop.

  2. use high-definition pictures wherever possible. as of now, some images are quite blurry. and these can also one of the reasons why, you are seeing a drop in your conversions. mainly because it looks unprofessional.

  3. highlight only the most important reviews on your home page. as of now, there are many and it seems a bit odd. you can maybe handpick 5-10 reviews and just highlight them a bit more prominently.

hopefully working on the points shared above (including reaching out to meta’s team) helps.
