Traffic but No sales !

Hey!

I’ve been struggling for more than 2 months with my website, I almost have spent over $400 over meta ads! I have had a lot of traffic of some regions I used to target in my ads like Canada, US, Uk but then I realized how much the dropshipping is over saturated there then I changed my target to New Zealand and UAE .. and yet I do have traffic and the ads are working good but there’s no conversion! Even add to cart or start to initiate the checkout maybe only 1 per day or even none! If you can help me with anything I’d be grateful! And I’m so active on social media you can check all the social media accounts in the website, the SEO also is high so I dn really know what I’m missing! My website: WWW.pawshroom.com .. Thanks in advance!

Why There Are No Conversions?

Problems with the website: The slow mobile site; CTAs that are not visible; difficult check-out process

The wrong audience: Ads bring in customers who don’t have an intention to buy.

Trust problems: There are little reviews, uncertain shipping, or unavailable local payment methods.

Pathetic offers: Products/prices are not competitive enough in NZ/UAE markets.

Action Plan

Improve the Website (1 Week):

— Determine how fast your mobile site is by using Google PageSpeed Insights; try to achieve less than 3 second loading time.

— Include trust signals: reviews, transparent shipping policy, and secure payment logos/badges.

— Make the buying process simple; allow guest checkout as well as payments through localized methods (Afterpay in NZ, PayFort in UAE).

— Experiment with two versions of landing pages having different CTAs such as “Shop Now”.

Promote Strategy (1 Week):

— Focus on targeting pet owners (for example eco-conscious in NZ and affluent in UAE) based Meta Audience Insights.

— Make personalized ads: green-friendly for NZ, luxury for UAE. Try video ads.

— Start retargeting those who abandon carts offering them discounts of 10%.

— Spend $10-$20/day on testing ads; increase investment when they perform better, stop if they underperform.

SEO & Social Media Advertising (Continual Efforts):

— Insert keywords like “pet products NZ” or “luxury pet accessories UAE” within articles.

— Share interesting content about pets such as photos and tips every day; cooperate with micro-influencers from the UAE.

— Spread around blog posts like “Pet Care for UAE Summers” on social media platforms.

Offers That Suit Each Market (1 Week):

— NZ: Zero rated shipping, going green commodities, Afterpay.

— UAE: High priced products, fixed cost delivery, cellular payments.

Correcting Dropshipping Issues (1 Week):

— Ensure that suppliers promise quick deliveries (1-3 working days for NZ and 3-5 working days for the UAE).

— Price to give margins of between 20% and 30%; compare with prices from other sellers in your area.

— Utilize Tidio chat box to offer fast customer service.

Keep Track of Data (Continuous Basis):

— Watch over bounce/cart abandonment rates through Shopify Analytics.

— Make sure that advertising costs are less than 30% of the order value (CAC).

— Carry out a single experiment every week – e. g., change one thing about your ads or discounts.

Next Steps

— Today: Go through analytics data, check how fast it loads on mobile devices.

— This Week: Compare conversion rates for different versions of landing page, create cookie pools, introduce free shipping on some products

— Next Week: Share one blog post daily, interact in real time with followers, confirm if suppliers will.

Hey Mina__Hanna, hope you’re doing great?
I understand your frustration. Since you’re getting good traffic and no conversion, then it’s your site that might have the conversion issue. I check out your website, looks nice but I got tired of scrolling which means you site is too long. People don’t want to keep scrolling so you need to change your site navigation to make it easy for viewers to navigate and also display more products at your homepage to attract viewers

Hi @Mina_Hanna

I have spent some time checking your website, and it looks very attractive and vivid. I love the style of it when accessing. Also, when I intend to check your website on Google, I notice something existing that may prevent you from getting more sales. Let me share with you here for more details:

This is what I found after searching your website. I can see lots of search results related to your website, but all of them are described roughly, and I fail to get more details about your products if not click into it. Hence, I suggest you continue focusing on meta title and meta description optimization, like using more straightforward expressions for related product pages with keywords included, or consider using JSON-LD Structured Data to make search results display in different patterns. After optimizing in this way, your visitors will know more about what you sell when googling, and the sales will rise accordingly.

Hi,

Your store looks great overall! However, there are a few things you could improve to enhance the user experience and boost conversions:

  1. Simplify Your Homepage
Currently, the homepage feels overcrowded with products and collections. Instead, consider:

Showcasing only key collections.

Featuring a few curated product recommendation widgets.

Clearly highlighting the benefits of buying from you — what value do customers get?

  1. Refine Your Color Scheme
Ensure your colors are consistent and visually compatible. Right now, the design feels a bit rushed. A more cohesive palette can give your store a polished and professional vibe.

  2. Upgrade Your Notifications
If you’re using store notifications, make sure they’re visually appealing and customized. I recommend trying the Searchanise Upsell & Marketing app:

Use the Multi-Announcement Bar for news, product launches, promotions, or updates.

Use the Free Shipping Bar to dynamically show how much more a customer needs to spend to unlock free shipping — a proven way to increase average order value.

  1. Use Analytics for Deeper Insight

Google Analytics 4: Understand where your traffic is coming from and where you’re losing visitors.

Hotjar: Analyze visitor recordings and heatmaps to spot usability issues and drop-off points.

Hope you find it useful!

Best regards,

Upsellise
