I would like to share a few suggestions while going through your store. I hope my tips will help you increase your store presence.

  1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
  2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
  3. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Having social media for the store will help increase the traffic.
  4. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
  5. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they’re looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
  6. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
  7. I’ve run a speed test for your store and it is 40 only which is poor. Try to increase the speed score above 90.
Follow this guide for the steps to improve your online store speed

Your customers trust Google Search more than Ads. 53% of eCommerce traffic is Search, far greater than Paid Ads & Social Media. Hi @Arsalaansb ,

This is Victor from PageFly - Landing Page Builder.

About your questions, I have some recommendations and hope this can help your store to attract more customers and gain more sales:

1. Check pagespeed for your store:

According to the Google Pagespeed Insights, the pagespeed of your homepage is 26 for mobile and 49 for desktop. This score is quite low for a page. If your stores have a low loading time, then your visitors won’t stick around and they will bounce. Stated differently, if your stores have a longer time checkout, your customers can give up. Pages load slowly gives people more time to change their minds.

These are some ways for you to apply to make your store run faster and quickly as well as reduce the loading time:

  • Optimize your images
  • Reduce server requests and remove excess apps
  • Fix server errors
  • Lazy loading
  • Reduce server requests and remove excess apps

And you can try to improve these factors suggested by Google PageSpeed Insights here:

2. Homepage

2.1 Make the Search field more obvious

The search field must be immediately obvious to the user on the homepage, which typically requires increasing its visual dominance on the homepage and then subduing it slightly on other pages

2.2 Show a highlighted product or the best seller product

Showing a highlighted product or best seller product will help to boost sales for this product.

2.3 Show social media (optional)

The homepage now is showing the Instagram icon. Instead of using the icon only, you can show the media from your Instagram to boost sales.
You can try the Instafeed by SocialWidget or Instafeed | Instagram Feed app.

2.4 Move the benefit bar above the fold (optional)

  • The idea is to start off by showing a full width bar that is visible above the fold.
  • Benefits The bar container is then populated with 2-4 benefits or reassurances. These are answers to commonly asked customer questions or pain points. These may refer to concerns about shipping, delivery, ratings or any active bonuses.

2.5 Add the testimonial - customer reviews section

  • Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers’ trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
  • Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online. PageFly allows you to add testimonials and product review to the page in ease ways

3. Collection page - Add average ratings for each product

  • You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product.

4. Product page - Display a minimum of 6 reviews by default and allow users to submit reviews

  • Normally, users often rely on reviews to judge a product besides product detail descriptions and other info given by a site since they consider them more legit and authentic. I would recommend you display reviews on your product page (with a minimum of 6 reviews with the ability to “Load more” and allow users to submit their reviews.

I hope my recommendations will be beneficial to you. Have a nice day!
