Microsoft advertising Conversion goals will automatically return to their original state

I use Microsoft Channel to connect Microsoft ads and Shopify store.

At first it worked fine, and Microsoft ads automatically generated conversion goals ShopifyCheckoutCompleteTracking.
But when I used Checkout Extensibility on my Thank you and Order status pages, everything stopped working.
After using Checkout Extensibility, the URL for completing a purchase changed from thank_you to thank-you, but the conversion goals ShopifyCheckoutCompleteTracking in Microsoft advertising conversion goals still used the URL thank_you. I tried changing it to thank-you but it didn’t work. After a day, the URL automatically reverted to thank_you.
This resulted in the inability to track conversions on the ads. I don’t know if I’m the only one who has this problem? I asked Microsoft for help, but they said I changed it back myself. And then nothing happened, the problem has not been solved.

Try creating another Conversion goal with the correct parameters
