Hello
I can find how to modify the “Opening Soon” background image on the password page in the Dawn theme.
Some tutorials for other Themes point at to Edit Code in Theme>Actions>Edit Code, but I can’t find any.jpg.
Thanks for the help.

Hi @salvapost .
Thanks for reaching out, and your question is a great one. I’m more than happy to help you solve this.
I understand that you wish to make changes to the opening soon page. The opening soon page is a valuable asset to have during these times, and not only as a stand-in for your soon-to-be store or the product you’ve got planned. Properly used, these pre-launch pages can let you quickly gain traction, gather feedback, and start marketing while you prepare for your big launch. There are a couple of ways that you can make edits to the opening soon page to suit your needs, have a look below:
Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize. Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Select Password page. If you don’t see Password page in the menu, then you need to add password protection to your online store.
To edit the sections on the password page, do the following:
Click on the section that you want to edit. Most themes have header, content, and footer sections.
Make changes to the section settings.
Click Save.
You can edit your theme settings, such as typography, color, social and favicon settings, to customize your password page. These settings also apply to the rest of your theme. To edit the theme settings, do the following:
If you want to make customizations that are not available within the theme settings, then you can also edit the theme code for the password page. You can follow our help doc here to learn more about this. In order to change up that background image, you’ll just need to add your new image in to the assets folder of your theme files, and give it the same name as the old image. Here’s how to do that:
I appreciate this is a lot of information here, so if anything is unclear, please do let me know. Aside from that how are things going with the rest of your website? Is this your first store? I would be happy to help you out with some business growth ideas, just shout!
Thank you, Maz!
