Mp4 Video on product page - No Audio - Motion Theme

Hello! I am having issues with my mp4 video on my product page not having audio. It plays, but I can’t figure out how to enable the sound. I have the motion theme.

Hi,

Videos might play without sound due to autoplay policies in browsers. You can use javascript for this to ensure video is with sound
