I have been promoting my website and products but haven’t noticed any sales but tons of website views and people getting to checkout but not purchasing, I thought this was weird so I looked into it and realized there were multiple people that have purchased but their cards wouldn’t authorize with Shop pay, Is this something wrong with my setup or is it just incorrect details or insufficient funds on their end. Please let me know I’m trying to figure it out. Thanks
