My store claims I’m not the shop owner so I cannot access my payment plan and other important info. What can I do to change this?
Logout of your store. Go to this link shopify.com/admin and then try to login again

I understand you’re unable to access your payment information etc. as your store does not recognize you as the Account Owner/Shop Owner.
Could you share the following information to gain more context:
- A screenshot of the specific error message you’re receiving.
- Does this error message appear when you attempt to log in to your store?
- Can you replicate this issue using a different browser or device?
As @Dan-From-Ryviu has mentioned, you can try using this link shopify.com/admin to log into your store. Additionally, you can also try this link accounts.shopify.com to see if you’re able to regain access to your store.
