Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. I didn’t see the screenshot you attached with your comment, but I can assure you that the best way to appeal this decision is by replying to the Business Team via the email that was sent to you.
If you believe the decision was made in error, or a mistake, then you can certainly provide the reasons for why you think that is the case in your reply. At that point, allow 24-72 business hours to hear back from the team and follow any recommendations set out by them.
I hope this provides a little extra clarification, but if you have other concerns I encourage you to review our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for clarification on Shopify best practices.
