I would like my customers to pay the entire amount for shipping. I thought I had this setup and I am confused as to why I am paying more for shipping labels, than the Canada Post Shipping chart indicates in my store.

You can setup price of your products cover the shipping fee.

I have them set with the Canada Post discounted rates, which should be the most competitive for my product. I have the box clicked to allow for others to choose other shippers and I wonder if this causing the issue? Could they be clicking a shipper they prefer, while accepting the Canada Post rate, and I am being charged the difference?
