My Google Merchant Cent is suspended by Misrepresentation and I can't find the issue

I have been suspended for Misrepresentation and I have made changes to my policy and product pictures, but they have not been approved.

I added attributes to my product color, weight, age

I can’t find the issue

This policy suspension means that we have reviewed your Google Merchant Center account and decided that it does not comply with our shopping policy, so we have rejected it.

Thanks for sharing your store URL for us to have a look at. Overall your site looks great and there wasn’t much that stood out for me.

The only thing I can see that could cause an issue is that the banner image on your homepage prompts customers to use a code or shop now, and there is no discount code offered and no buttons built into the banner to redirect customers. This could be considered misleading or “clickbait”. I’d recommend replacing your banner image to see if that resolves the issue for you.

The other thing to consider is that you do promote the product as a way to “make money”. This is a totally viable product for that, but you cannot guarantee that a product will make money for a customer after they purchase it. I would definitely also review your claims about starting a rental business with this product after purchase.

Claims related to financial products or money making schemes

  • Making unrealistic promises of large financial return with minimal risk, effort or investment> Examples (non-exhaustive): “Get rich quick” schemes; guaranteeing returns, or promising returns that are unrealistic or exaggerated for the advertised investment product; presenting investment products as risk-free or downplaying the risk of investment opportunities

For example: you need to at least offer credit and debit card payments, currently only PayPal is accepted.

For example: missing business details in footer of all pages.

For example: email address not matching domain name.

For example: missing availability status on product landing page.

You may have a lot more issues, so make sure you follow Google’s policies:

I like the detail in which you provided the user on this question. I am having the same problem with Misrepresentation and can not figure out the issue. I was hoping you could provide some insight to what my problem could be… my webpage is www.shiverapparel.com.

Please remember that when I check, sites, its only examples, and you still need to check everything yourself.

So do not take my examples as, this is the only issues found.

Make sure you are not a print on demand business, ie POD

Your missing all footer links (returns and refund, privacy, terms and conditions, shipping, contact) and business details.
