I am about to start my online store, all my items have inventory, I have set up correct fulfillment center also. However, when I browse my actual website, it shows all items are “sold out”. But I still can place order though. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
These are most probably cache issues as it is most of the time and sometimes it’s just Shopify that takes time to update after changes to the backend.
Try clearing your cache.
Thanks for your reply. It is weird that it shows stock available in Firefox browser, but only show “stock out” in Google Chrome and my iphone browser. I am not sure what is the problem.
Definitely this is cache issues then because of there was a bug or something in the code it would show out of stock on any browser or device.
Have you tried clearing the browser cache?
This happens when inventory tracking is off, or product availability isn’t set correctly on your online store. Also, fulfillment center sync or theme cache issues can cause this. Check inventory settings, make sure products are available online, and clear cache. Need help fixing it?
