I purchased a Prebuilt Shopify store on Jan. 18, 2024, loaded with the latest trending products after a Zendrop webinar. This deal came with a Zendrop Plus subscription, a prebuilt Shopify store loaded with 20 of the most trending products, and a few other perks. For a day or two, everything looked great when I accessed my store. Now when I visit my store, everything on the store (banner, headings, products, etc.) looks weird, disorganized, and unfinished. My store’s URL is www.lovetechandlifestyles.com. Zendrop suggests that I update my store’s theme. When checked, the theme I have is Origin version 12.0.0 - last updated on October 31, 2023. Included are a few screenshots. Can anyone take a look to see what the problem might be? Thanks.
That’s probably an issue with your theme. Most likely, you (or a staff member of your store) has tried to make coding edits to the theme and has broken things. Unless you know which edits you made and can reverse them, you’ll most likely need to add a fresh copy of the theme and set it up again.
It’s also worth noting that your site doesn’t have an SSL certificate (though it appears as though your DNS records are set correctly). For the SSL certificate, you’d want to reach out to Shopify’s support team for help troubleshooting, after you’ve resolved the issue with your theme first.
