I decided to try out a new theme for my store, but the preview is only showing the currently live one. My old (and current) theme is Dawn and the new theme I am trying out is Empire. I have no purchased Empire yet, and I really want to know how my store will look before paying for it.
When I edit Empire, I choose to preview it, and the preview bar at the bottom always goes back to Dawn. Is there any way I can fix this? I’ve tried clearing my browser’s cache and cookies and tried restarting my browser completely.
Earlier today, Shopify experienced online store theme issues that affected customizations not saving and the unpublished preview loading the Live theme. Our developers have since resolved the issue and no new instances have been observed.
