My Product Don’t Appear in my Store

I added the products in my store, and they are on the products page but they don’t appear on my store’s website, I have shopify subscription and everything, what can I do?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with making products available to the online storefront, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm however, have the products been made available to the online sales channel?

If not, you will want to ensure this step is completed to make your products available to customers. To achieve this, you can check out our Adding Products To Your Sales Channels helpdoc for step-by-step instructions. It outlines however, that you can:

  • Head to the Products section, from within the Shopify admin.

  • Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is included in the sales channels listed in the Publishing section.

  • Click Manage > Manage sales channels.

  • Select the sales channel Online Store.

  • Click Done.

  • Click Save.

Once this has been successfully completed, you can head to your online storefront to confirm those products are now appearing on the storefront.
