Why isn't my new product showing up in the online store?

I am trying to add a product to our existing store but it is not showing up in our online store. I have never had this problem before. Can someone please get back to me asap since this is a Holiday Product that needs to be promoted. Thank you!

Hey! Can you make sure that the “Product status” on the top right of the product page is set to “active” and that you have “Online Store” added to the sales channels?

Can you confirm that you’re adding this product to a collection that’s linked in your main menu navigation?

Could you check that the product(s) included in the collection are set as Active. I recommend clicking the arrow next to your products in the collection to see which SALES CHANNELS AND APPS they’re active on. I’ll include a screenshot below of this section.

This screenshot is from my test store. I’ve clicked Products > Collections, clicked into the specific collection and viewed that my products are active and what sales channels and apps they’re active on. You’ll want to ensure it says Active on the Online Store and any other sales channels or apps you have enabled.

On the far right corner, you can check Collection Availability > Manage to select what sales channels or apps you’d like the collection to be available on.
